Lotus Series

Lotus symbolizes rebirth, enlightenment, self-regeneration and realization.

This symbol of resilience is something worth capturing in a crystalline form.

They are born from the murky waters and rise above into something beautiful. The lotus also serves to remind us all that there is no lotus without mud.

The clear ripple radiates the love poured into each piece. The sprinkle of dewdrops capture light and magnifies its energy.

This arrangement takes a dewdrop and scales it to take presence like a crystal ball.

This mirrored arrangement takes the clear ripple and transforms it into a surrealist landscape. This sculpture reflects its environment and highlights the sprouting lotus.

Lotuses were some of the first things I made when I regained access to a glass furnace in 2021. I feel that they continue to be relevant because we are all still seeking a sense of collective rebirth.
