Emerging from the archives, Fantasy Sushi was created shortly after the release of the 2021 Sushi Series. You can see playful and surreal elements of nigiris brought together in addition to the iconic decorative green ribbons often found in bentos.

This piece also echoes a piece created during the food challenge on Season 1 Episode 2 of Netflix Original Series: Blown Away. You can see images of the works I made during the show on my page here.
