Copper wire and hot sculpted glass

Completed over the course of six months

Inspired by an unusual dream.

This piece was created close to the end of my senior year at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Copper wire was prepared and laid across a large slabs of preheated graphite. Hot glass was drizzled across the wire illustration before the blown form merged and rolled across the copper components.


The current price is well below the actual value of the piece. My current priority is for my art to find a happy new home.
