Similar to Corrosion and Erosion, I combined graphite casting with sand casting techniques to accentuate the smooth surface and revealing the materiality of glass’ stone and earth-like characteristics.

This piece has a painted backing so that the depth of the glass and the ripples of the windows surface has a slightly reflective and light surface to cast its shadows onto.
