The center piece to an interactive installation Scope. The original structure was a 4 × 4 × 7 foot large room lined with light and soundproof curtains. There was a motion sensor integrated into the the entry way curtain that would trigger the lights to shimmer and sparkle. LED lights were lining the mirrored dome creating a halo effect.
The concept was to provide a space for people to take a moment and let their mind wander. This was originally designed for the Self Love Social Club launch event, in Brooklyn NY.
Like many of Momoko's pieces, this was inspired by lucid dream experience where she found herself under an indecipherable piece of architecture realizing she was profoundly alone and at the same time content. Her goal was to gift her audience a taste of that sweet alone time.
