Surrealist painting exploring the idea of seeds as a vessel. The pod sprouting legs or roots while also containing a single stem as if it’s a bud vase. So much of glassblowing is teetering between vessel work and sculpture as well. This painting also takes inspiration from Frida Kahlo.
